Withdrawal period

As a consumer you have the right to use your 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason.

By Post NL Exclusively to addresses in the Netherlands.

Complaints

In case of complaints, please contact us via the contact form.

Return

You can use the return address on the product packaging to create a shipping label via the PostNL website or app, or you can drop the package off at a PostNL point. The Unishops return address is: 1856 / 1544 ZX.

Costs

Up to the amount of EUR 40 per order, EUR 6.50 will be charged for home delivery.
